Before taking up the role of Cluster Manager I worked for 4 years as an RTLB based in Tokoroa During this time I trained as a Te Kotahitanga Facilitator, a highlight being the co-construction meetings where a team approach led to significant changes in student achievement. Prior to this I was employed for 9 years by Ministry of Education as a Specialist Education Adviser.
